CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

FIT STUDIO

 

Bodypump: 

This barbell workout is perfect for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast. We use light to moderate weights with high repetitions to give you a full-body workout. 

Butts & Gutts:

Use resistance bands to shape, tone, and strengthen your glutes and core. Great class for all fitness levels.

Salute the Sun-day Yoga: 

Flow-through this yoga class and energize your mind and spirit by bringing the sun into your heart and body. Find strength, flow, and breath in this 60 min class. Perfect for all levels of fitness.

FIT30: 

This class uses High-Intensity Interval Training to get your body to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts that are twice as long. You will work the lower body, upper body and core in every class along with cardio. Every move is modifiable so this class is for everyone!

HIIT45:

In this class, you will give an all-out, 100% effort through intense bursts of exercise blocks followed by active recovery periods. This class uses rowers, weights and body weight. Be prepared to build cardiovascular fitness while building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout. Not only will you work your heart but you will also get your muscles burning to build strength!

Les Mills Tone: 

LM Tone is a challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. Also a great foundational class, LM Tone has a wide variety of options accommodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful. 

Zumba: 

This fun and energetic workout offers a mix of high-intensity and low-intensity moves for a calorie-burning dance fitness class. This total body workout includes cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility and boosted energy. 

BODYBALANCE: 

Combines tai chi, yoga and pilates practices to build flexibility and strength. Follow a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses that flow to the music and leave you centered and calm.

POUND®

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

CYCLE STUDIO

 

Spin Sculpt: 

This combination class will have you strengthening your legs on the bike one minute and toning your arms the next, using light weights and high repetitions. Be prepared to move to the music during this high-energy workout. 

HIIT Cycle: 

Gain the benefits of High-Intensity Interval Training with this cycle class. Push yourself to the limits while challenging yourself physically and mentally. Be prepared for a high-energy experience. 

Power Pedal:

Bring road biking indoors with this road racing-inspired class. Challenge your endurance and strength.
