Five years ago I noticed that my health was going in the wrong direction and I was gaining so much weight. I got to the point that I was no longer like seeing myself in the mirror. I felt that I need to do something for my health because I believe that your “health is your wealth.” I started with personal training. It was hard at first but I always told myself that “I can do it.” I have been personal training for 2.5 years. This has helped me not only physically and emotionally but also mentally. It helped me lose weight and gain muscle. The coaches are AWESOME! They help me meet my fitness goals. They make workouts easier and they can be done with or without weightsThe group fitness makes it more fun adding support and positivity. Before personal training I weighed almost 156 lbs. My current weight 133 lbs and I’m 8 lbs away for my weight goal (125 lbs). I’m happier and have lots of energy.

I have been going to FF10 training for about 4 months now. The biggest differences I have noticed are that I am stronger, I’m not as tired as I used to be, my clothes are fitting better and I have more energy & motivation! I have also noticed my overall mood has improved since I began training. Alloy offers team classes and small group personal training all throughout the week so I am able to get my 4-5 workouts in per week no matter what! If I ever have to workout on my own the trainers are very helpful and resourceful with designing the workouts. The trainers are encouraging and knowledgeable and make sure the movements are performed correctly. Overall I am happier & healthier than I was 4+ months ago. I can lift more weight than I ever have in the past and that makes me feel strong and excited for my progress to continue! I would suggest anyone give personal training a try because you won’t be disappointed! Compared to previous personal trainers, this program is the best and the trainers truly care about helping you meet your goals!

Small Group Personal Training

How does small group training work?

Small group training is a personalized approach in a group setting. There can only be up to 6 people in a session at a time which allows the trainer to provide great attention to each individual client. Depending on your goals and fitness abilities, you may be doing similar or different exercises to the others in the group. Either way, you are surrounded by supportive people who are all working towards a common goal of bettering themselves. We offer flexible scheduling with training times from 5 am-9 pm Monday-Friday. Save yourself time, energy, and stress from trying to piece together your own workout- let us do that for you.
