To provide our coaching and wellness services, we may collect and process information related to your health and fitness activities. Depending on how you use the App, this may include information such as workouts, exercise history, nutrition and meal logs, body measurements, weight, progress photos, activity data, wellness goals, and other information you choose to provide.

• Deliver the services and features available within the App;

• Enable your coach to monitor your progress and provide personalised guidance;

• Track your fitness and wellness journey over time; and

• Improve your experience while using the App.

Where the App integrates with third-party health or fitness platforms (such as Apple Health, Health Connect, Fitbit, Garmin, or similar services), we will only access data after you have granted your explicit permission. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device or the applicable third-party service settings.

We do not sell your health information. Access to this information is limited to authorised personnel, your assigned coach (where applicable), and trusted service providers that assist in operating the App, and only where necessary to provide the services.

Requesting Deletion of Your Personal Data

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity where appropriate and will delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, unless we are required or permitted by law to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
