Meet Madisyn
Personal Trainer

I'm from southwest Minnesota.

Over the last few years, I have been learning about nutrition and how to make sustainable changes to my diet which lead me to make more lifestyle changes including exercise. I started my fitness journey off with kickboxing and various workout classes. I immediately noticed better energy levels and the positive impact regular exercise had on my daily life. I became interested in learning more about exercise and overall health from there. 

I look forward to supporting my clients as they navigate their fitness journey by providing individualized training that is enjoyable and allows them to achieve their goals. I want to build a relationship to understand your lifestyle, background, and goals to provide the training you’ll benefit most from. Outside of the gym, I spend the rest of my time developing vegetarian recipes, collecting vintage CorningWare, embroidering tea towels, and getting outside as much as possible.

My favorite food would be anything spicy or out of a garden!
