I started my fitness journey after watching my body go in the wrong direction after high school and realizing that I needed to make a lifestyle change.

I chose to help others by providing them the proper guidance to prevent them from making the same mistakes I had made while I was learning things on my own.

My favorite part of being a personal trainer is seeing the progress made in the right direction, the addiction, and the determination that comes with the progress from clients and their drive to continue improving.

My favorite hobby is hunting.

My favorite cheat meal is Honey BBQ Boneless wings.
