XGT Fitness is an intense workout combining weight training and natural body movements, alongside a healthy nutritional plan that takes you beyond the natural approach of other systems. It’s supernatural. At the core of XGT is a Daily Workout designed to save you from mindless routines. There are only a handful of routines each day, but don’t let that fool you. In the short amount of time it takes, the Daily Workout will take you through several rounds of those circuits for maximum benefit. It’s faster and more effective, by far, than your typical gym experience. XGT is about being a better you. More than you thought you could be. Functionally fit to take on whatever challenge is waiting for you when you walk out of the box. But this isn’t you against the world. XGT gives you the very best workout possible, in a safe, fun group setting. A community constantly encouraging and pushing each other to go as hard as they can. XGT Fitness groups meet at all times of the day and night, every day of the week at the growing number of XGT clubs and franchises around the country. Classes are short, and the workouts change daily so there’s ALWAYS something new.

Our Personal Training team is comprised of some of the industry’s finest fitness professionals available to provide guidance for any age, skill set, existing medical condition or sport specific need. Finding the most appropriate Personal Trainer for your individual needs is important to us. We will make every effort to provide an inspiring, positive and results driven experience. To get to know us a little bit better come in for a complimentary introduction session! During your introduction session you will meet with one of our Fitness Managers to determine your current fitness level and your goals. The Fitness Manager will pair you with a personal trainer that he or she thinks is best suited to help you meet these goals and go over possible training packages with you. One-on-one personal training gives you the fitness advantage you’ve been looking for and the personal attention you deserve while reaching your fitness goals with just you and your trainer. Your trainer will teach you all you need to know to get your body in optimum shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle through private sessions.
